Comprehensive Evaluation of the Impact of Managerial Intelligence on Real Estate Banking Decision-Making: A Case Study of Tartous Real Estate Bank

Abstract

The research examines the impact of the components of administrative intelligence (instant analytical processing, advanced analytics, data warehousing, and data mining) on the decision-making process through a field study of administrative employees in the real estate bank in Tartous city. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to a purposive sample of 30 administrative employees in the real estate bank.
The researcher used the descriptive survey method. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: there is a moderate relationship between instant analytical processing and decision-making, there is no relationship between advanced analytics and decision-making, there is also no relationship between data warehousing and decision-making, while the relationship between data mining and decision-making was high.
A set of recommendations were proposed, the most important of which are: working to enhance the applied intelligence systems in the bank under study, working to enhance data warehousing and advanced analytics technology for its positive impact on decision-making towards the bank, and the management of the bank under study should train employees on administrative intelligence techniques through organizing training courses, which will positively reflect on decision-making and, thus, taking appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
