The Quality of Scientific Research in the Field of Business Administration and its Impact on Achieving Administrative Development of Human Resources in Originations: A Theoretical and Applied Study

Abstract

The study aimed know the Impact of quality of administrative scientific research on achieving administrative development of human resources, the descriptive analytical approach was used to complete the study, A questionnaire was used to collect data, A stratified random sample used to determine the sample items which amounted to 300 items, it was distribute electronically, the response rate, the statistical analysis was carried out using statically Methods appropriate to the Nature, objectives and data of the study.The results showed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation and impact between the criteria of scientific research quality (Credibility, reliability, Verifiability, reflectivity, Transferability) and the administrative development of human resources in its various dimensions, finally, the study presented a set of recommendations and future research proposals.
