Entrepreneurial Leadership and its Role in Foreseeing the Future as an Entry Point to Enhance the Competitiveness of Organizations, Applied to Telecom Companies
Abstract
Entrepreneurial leadership is of particular importance to all organizations because of the increase in environmental dynamics regardless of the age, size or activity of the organization. Strategic leadership focuses primarily on the integration of strategic and entrepreneurial perspectives. To the environmental changes they face to increase their ability to look ahead as an entry point to enhance the competitiveness of organizations.
The research problem is the question: What is the impact of leadership in its dimensions to increase the ability to look forward as a gateway to enhance the competitiveness of telecommunications companies?
The main objective of the research is to identify the role of entrepreneurial
Leadership in foreseeing the future as an entrance to enhance the competitiveness of telecommunications companies, in addition to the theoretical rooting of the concept of entrepreneurial leadership and its elements, and to identify the concept of forward-looking and usually as a gateway to enhance the competitiveness of telecommunications companies, and to identify the trends and opinions of telecommunications operators towards the subject of research through The field study, in order to reach the strengths and weaknesses through which some recommendations can be suggested.
A number of conclusions and recommendations were reached, including:
1- The need for leaders to develop a strategic plan studied and based on sound scientific bases based on strategic foresight for the future, and this plan depends on the rapid response to the requirements of the market and customers to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
2- the need to formulate a vision of a future-oriented approach based on forward-looking future based on strategic analysis to explore future opportunities and threats expected; in order to achieve sustainable competitiveness.
3- the need to strengthen and spread the values of entrepreneurial culture among workers to be a pioneer culture to support creativity and calculated risk as one of the basic strategies to achieve strategic leadership and enhance their competitiveness.
4- the need to explore the views of the public dealing with the company in the level of performance and involve them in the formulation of indicators and measures to achieve strategic leadership to be included within the strategic framework of the company.
5- the need to develop an innovative scientific and practical approach and the establishment of a future stage in the work based on the optimal use of advanced technologies and smart and stimulate human potential, so as to achieve strategic leadership.
