A Proposed Vision for Developing a Fund to Support, Finance, Manage, and Construct Educational Projects in the Arab Republic of Egypt in Light of the National Plan for Economic and Social Development
Abstract
The study aimed to clarify the most prominent features of the Fund for Supporting, Financing, Managing and Constructing Educational Projects in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to analyze the reality of the practices of the Fund for Supporting, Financing, Managing and Constructing Educational Projects in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in addition to identifying ways to develop the Fund for Supporting, Financing, Managing and Constructing Educational Projects in the Arab Republic of Egypt.The study used the descriptive approach, and the study concluded that there are many problems facing the Fund and limiting its efficiency in achieving its objectives, such as problems related to developing investment aspects and developing human resources in the Fund.The study presented a proposed vision for developing the Fund in light of the National Plan for Economic and Social Development.
