The Impact of the Implementing of Total Quality Management on Organizational Effectiveness in the General Presidency for the Affairs of The Two Holy Mosques the Grand Mosque
Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of the application of total quality management on organizational effectiveness in the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in the Grand Mosque. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and data collection.
The results showed that there was a high impact of the principles of total quality management on the indicators of organizational effectiveness in the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in the Grand Mosque, as they showed that the principles of continuous improvement and focus on operations had the greatest impact on organizational effectiveness.The most important recommendations are studying the reasons that lead to the high organizational effectiveness and working to apply them. Continuing to maintain environmental adaptation within the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in the Grand Mosque.
Preparing a guide commensurate with the nature of the work of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in the Grand Mosque, including procedures and instructions for implementing total quality management and distributing it to all units and departments, while following up on its implementation and working to improve it continuously.
