The Role of Change Management Strategies in Transforming “Arbab Al Twaif” Establishments to Joint Stock Companies: Applied Study on the Mutawifs of the Southeast Asian Pilgrims Establishment

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between change management strategies (change plan, communication plan, implementation of change and communication plans) and the success of the transformation project for the volunteers (Mutawifs) of the Southeast Asian Estabilshment, it also aimed to identify the change management strategies that contribute to the success of the transformation project for the (Mutawifs) of the Southeast Asia Estabilshment. To fulfill these objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used in this study, where the researcher used the questionnaire to collect primary data, a sample was selected for the whole community, (16,100) sixteen thousand and one hundred Mutawifs (Men and Women), the sample amounted to (437) men and women was selected, the most important result of the study. The sample members agreed to a very large extent on the role of (change management plans, communication plans, activate the change management plans and communication plans) in the success of the transformation project in the Southeast Asian Establishment, according to the criteria of clarity, participation, and continuous development.


The results also showed the presence of permanent and good communication between the officials and employees of the institution, which contributes to its transformation into a joint stock company, at the end the study found that need the administration work to activate the role of change management plans in the success of the transformation project in the Southeast Asian Establishment.


Finally the study recommended that the administration work to increase and activate the role of change management plans in the success of the transformation project in the Southeast Asian Establishment. It also recommended working to assign development and change projects in the institution by work team through the participation of senior and middle management and employees, in order to achieve the transformation to joint stock Company, and the necessity of influencing the behavior of employees in pursuit of the required transformation.
