The Impact of Strategic Thinking on the Quality of Working

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the impact of strategic thinking on the quality of working. The research focus on the top management and covered 329 in the Jordanian telecommunications sector adopted which considered as a unit of analysis. For analyzing the collected data, the research used data descriptive statistical, regression coefficient, (ANOVA) and Test. The research finding confirmed the impact of Strategic Thinking on the quality of work life as the same time confirm the positive effect of statistical Strategic Thinking: Strategic intentions, leadership assumptions, and holistic thought. Except the Systemic perception and its effect on the quality of work life. Moreover, there is different signification among genders. The study recommends the importance of giving more attention to improve the top management prospect to be aware about the unexpected organizational changes and improve their ability for adopting the new scenario and solving problems.
