Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the level of application of Fusion for Internet services and communications systems in Gaza City in Palestine to the concept of strategic intelligence, determining the level of the company’s achievement of the characteristics of the digital organization, identifying the impact of strategic intelligence on the transformation of the company into a digital organization and determining the extent of differences in respondents’ responses regarding their opinions about Strategic intelligence and its impact on the transformation of the company Digital organization attributed to the personal variables (age, years of service, scientific qualification), and the study community of all employees in the company and the number of (40) employees and staff, The study concluded that the level of the company’s application of the concept of strategic intelligence was good, with the relative weight of the standards (foresight, thinking (70.30%, 71.00%, 69.70%, 68.40% and 67.30%). The level of the company’s achievement of the characteristics of the digital organization was 71.52%.


The results showed that there was no effect on (future vision, motivation, and knowledge management), and there were no differences in respondents’ responses regarding their views on strategic intelligence and its impact on Fusion’s transformation For Internet services and communication systems to a digital organization to support the variables (age, years of service, qualification).
