The Role of Organizational Agility in Achieving Organizational Commitment «Field Study»

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between Organizational Agility variables and the Organizational Commitment of a sample of individuals working for Paints and Chemicals Industries - Pachin.The research relied on a descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire two-part, was designed and distributed to the respondents. The first part measures organizational agility, and the second part measures organizational Commitment, to gather primary data, and verify its validity and reliability.


The research was conducted on a sample of 302 respondents. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is: The dimensions of organizational agility (Sensing Agility and Decision-Making Agility) have a statistically significant impact on the extent of organizational commitment (Affective commitment, Continuance commitment, Normative commitment) in the company, whereas there is no influential relationship between «acting agility and organizational commitment«.
