The Factors Affecting Free Lancing in Egypt: A Field Study

Abstract

The research aims at studying the factors affecting free lancing in Egypt. It has depended on a field study concluded that the main internal factors affecting free lancing are the availability of personal features, the decrease of job opportunities, while the main external factors are the family, friends, educational system, mass media and government. The results showed that 68% of the sample members don’t want to be fee lancers because of financing problems and the complexity of procedures. The study provided some policies that should be followed for enhancing free lancing in Egypt.
