Organizational Justice at King Saud University From Faculty and Staff Perspectives

Abstract

Organizational justice is receiving great attention by researchers in the field of human resources management, due to its multiple positive effects on the organizational behavior. This study aimed to diagnose the Organizational justice at King Saud University from Faculty and staff perspectives, on a random sample of (387) members.


The results of the study indicated that there is a high level in the general level of organizational justice among the members of the study sample, as well as with regard to the dimensions of organizational justice in the following order: procedural justice, international justice, and distributive justice.


The results of the study also revealed the existence of a low positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between: age, years of experience, academic qualification of the study sample, and between each dimension of organizational justice, as well as with the general level of organizational justice, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the dimensions of justice. And between: the type or nature of work, whether it is an academic or administrative work, gender, and with regard to the two variables of job rank (academic, administrative), and organizational justice, the data did not reveal the existence of a fundamental discrepancy between them.
