Abstract

The problem of the study has been represented in test of the impact of administrative coaching as the one of the possible tools to increase the employees’ performance and increase their practice level for organizational citizenship behavior at Saudi Food & Drug Authority.
The data collected through a questionnaire tool. The study has been reached that administrative coaching availability level at Authority has higher level; in the same line the study appeared that the employees’ performance and their practice level for organizational citizenship behavior at higher level. Moreover, appeared there is a positive impact for administrative coaching on an employees’ performance
As the study has been recommended that to implement several seminars and meetings for line managers, supervisors, and sectors head at Authority, and held training programs to develop administrative coaching skills for all employees of supervision jobs. In Addition, recommends that to improve the level quality life of employees such as salaries, bonuses, and support for positive effect on level of their official performance.
