The Impact of the Reciprocal Relationship (Leader - Member) on the Administrative Creativity of the Employees of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones
Abstract
This study aims to know the effect of mutual relationships (Leader - Member) on the managerial creativity of the member in the public authority of investment and free trade zones, and the problem of the study can be asked as: what is the effect of mutual relationships (Leader - Member) over managerial creativity? and defining the moral difference in such relationships through different managerial levels for the employee in the public authority of investment, and the researcher has used the descriptive-analytical method as the researcher found that it is the most suitable for the study nature.
The sample of the study consists of (335) employees in the public authority of investment and 28 entry were removed as they were invalid and the sample has become (307), the research has reached to some results such as:
There is a statically relationship between all the variables of the research (mutual relationships - managerial creativity)
There is a partial effect of dimensions of mutual relationship (loyalty - professional respect - support) and a refusal of (contribute)
The study has reached some suggestions such as:
Provide clear and straightforward support from both sides of the mutual relationship among the leader and his member
Giving attention to creating future managers in the regular jobs who have the vision of building mutual relationships that contribute to improving and developing creativity in the public authority of investment
Recruiting the human capital with the creative thinking in working in the public authority of investment through giving advantages that encourage them to improve the work environment.
