Major Problems and Difficulties Facing Paramedics in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority: A Descriptive Study on a Sample of Paramedics in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the major problems and difficulties facing paramedics in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority. The study sample included (91) paramedics from the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach as the study method and used the questionnaire as the study tool. The researcher concluded many results including that the overall mean of the major problems and difficulties facing the paramedics in the Saudi Red Crescent Authority obtained a (moderate) response degree in all axes (material problems, administrative problems, technical problems, social problems) and the overall mean.
The study recommended holding community seminars and conferences that praise the role of paramedics in society and working on partnerships between the sector’s institutions and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in order to support and train paramedics.
