The Impact of Poor Preparation of the Second Row of Leaders on Career Creativity: Applied Study on the Employees Of the Saudi Telecom Channels Company, The Middle Management
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of the weak preparation of the second row of leaders on the career creativity of working leaders, and to identify the impact of the weak preparation of the second row of leaders in the dimensions (generating new ideas, implementing change, solving problems), and also aimed to find out if there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample. On the impact of poor preparation of the second row of leaders on their career creativity, which is due to the different variables: nature of work, academic qualification, number of years of experience, and administrative level, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool, the study used the simple random sampling method.
A simple random sample was selected, which includes all employees working in the STC channels middle management company, with their various job titles, numbering (850), while the size of the simple random sample using the (Richard Geiger) equation was (265) from the middle management employees of the Saudi Telecom Channels Company. And honesty and reliability were extracted, as the questionnaire was judged first, and then the validity and reliability of its statements were confirmed, the study results revealed that there is approval by the sample members on the impact of poor preparation of the second grade of leaders on the career creativity of the working leaders, especially with regard to (there is no authority in the company responsible for preparing the second grade leaders, which negatively affects the job creativity of these leaders, and the results showed that the sample members we agree to a large extent on the impact of poor preparation of the second row of leaders on (implementing change, solving problems) for the leaders working in the company the study recommended the need to the establishment of a competent authority within its responsibility to prepare second-grade leaders to assist second-grade leaders in career creativity. It also recommended paying attention to preparing second-grade leaders in the company, which would prepare the second-grade leaders to generate new ideas for them.
