Focus and Scope

The journal aims to foster new scientific horizons in Arab administration, exchange scientific knowledge, promote and highlight modern trends in management and its applications, and enrich contemporary experiences in the Arab region.

The journal focuses on the fields of management, including administrative development, administrative reform, and related fields.

The research and scholarly articles published by the journal take one of the following forms:

  1. Empirical research that relies on data derived from field or experimental contexts.
  2. Analysis and evaluation of new management concepts, methods, and procedures, with an explanation of their implications and the prospects and possibilities for their application in the Arab world.
  3. Assessment of practical applications or case study experiences using scientific methods and tools, with an explanation of the implications and lessons learned.
  4. Comparative studies of administrative issues within the Arab homeland or between it and other regions of the world.
  5. Analysis and evaluation of contemporary research literature in management, administrative development, and administrative reform, extracting their implications and trends to aid in the development of administrative research and practices and institutional conditions in the Arab region.
  6. Development of models or theoretical frameworks that contribute to understanding the reality of Arab administration, with an explanation of the practical and applied significance of these models or frameworks.
  7. Studies of methodological issues in administrative research methods and approaches, with application to the reality of Arab management.

Furthermore, the journal's publishing policies allow for the publication of short subjects in the form of:

  1. Comments or scientific notes on research and studies previously published in the journal.
  2. Summaries and evaluations of contributions presented at a conference or symposium held within or outside the Arab world.
  3. Analytical and evaluative reviews of new Arab or international books.
  4. Summaries of academic theses (Master's - PhD) that have been discussed and approved.
