This meticulous attention to proper citation not only acknowledges the original authors but also provides readers with a reliable pathway to further information and context.

For the margins and page size:

  • The paper should be set to A4 size with margins set at 2.5 cm for both right and left, 4.3 cm for the top, and 3.2 cm for the bottom.
  • These settings can be adjusted in the 'Layout' section by selecting 'Different odd and even' and 'Different First page' options, with the header at 3 cm and the footer at 2.2 cm.

This structured approach to manuscript preparation ensures that all submissions are consistent with the Arab Journal of Administration’s professional standards, thus streamlining the editorial process and enhancing the readability of published research.
