Peer Review and Evaluation of Submissions for Publication:
Research and studies submitted for publication are evaluated by specialized professors and researchers with a distinguished record of scholarly and scientific output. The submitted research and articles undergo the following procedures, in order:
- Preliminary examination and evaluation by the editorial board.
- Confidential assessment by three referees for research and studies that have passed the initial examination and evaluation.
- Determination of the suitability of research and studies based on reports from the referees and the editorial board.
- Sending the referees' reports to the author (original research papers are not returned to them, and they are informed of the peer-review outcome and the decision of the editorial board within a maximum period of three months from the date the research was received for publication).
- If the research is accepted for publication, the author is notified of the publication date and schedule, and they receive a complimentary copy of the journal issue in which their research is published.
The evaluation criteria include:
Consideration of the research's value, originality, and its scholarly and practical contribution. The research's methodology, approach, and results. Scientific integrity and adherence to bibliographic documentation norms. The accuracy of the language and the presentation style.
The editorial board's decisions regarding the submitted research or study for publication fall under one of the following alternatives:
Unconditional acceptance for publication; or preliminary acceptance for publication subject to minor formal or substantive adjustments; or the request for substantial modifications with resubmission of the research or study; or rejection of publication for formal or substantive reasons.
