Repository policy:

The Arab Journal of Administration maintains copies of submitted articles, including pre-edited and peer-reviewed versions, as well as published versions. The journal ensures that articles are kept completely confidential prior to publication, and no content from the articles is allowed to be published before the final approval of the authors.

Authors are free to deposit the final versions of their articles in their institutional repositories or any other repository of their choice, promoting open access to their research.
